My POVR review

Tried POVR for a few weeks now, so here’s my honest take for anyone curious. First off, the platform’s selling point is definitely its quality. They offer videos in resolutions up to 7K, which looks absolutely stunning with the right VR setup (I'm using the meta quest 2). It totally felt like I was right there in the action, with clear details and good perspective angles, super immersive. There's not that much choice I'd say, but their library does add vids every few days from what I see, and there's quite a good variety- especially if you're into niche categories like trans and other fetishes.

A big plus is that they offer both free and paid content, so I actually did test the waters before committing. My paid plan was pretty reasonable: around $15 per month or about $98 annually, which I ended up going with because it’s cheaper in the long run. So I still got a good year ahead

What I idn't like much is the interface, it's not as slick or intuitive as I’d like. I have to mention as well, say if you’re looking for super interactive VR experiences with scripts or toy syncing, POVR might not be the best for that, it’s just more about a passive viewing experience.

Overall it does offer a solid VR porn library at a reasonable cost, so if you ask me POVR is defo worth a shot. Just don’t expect everything to be top-tier, and get used to the site glitching a bit now n then.

I’ve also tried POVR, I agree; the quality is where it really shines. I’m using an HTC Vive, and the clarity in 7K is seriously impressive! The scenes feel vivid and engaging, and it’s probably one of the closest VR experiences to being “in the room” that I’ve found so far. It’s really immersive, especially if you’re picky about resolution like I am.

One thing I found interesting was, they cover more unique categories that you don’t see everywhere. I think that’s a nice touch for people who want more than just mainstream content. As for updates, I still think the library could stand to expand a bit faster.

The one downside I’d mention is the streaming can sometimes lag, even on a strong connection, and yeah, the interface could use an upgrade. It’s usable, but not exactly sleek or fast to navigate. All in all though, the affordable plan makes POVR a good pick for quality VR sex.

They have quite a lot of exclusive scenes that actually are well written sometimes, plus their video promotions can get you off for a fraction of the POVR membership price - this is great if you don't want to use it too often, but just every once in a while. In my case, it's rarely that I can use the headset to jack off in peace, what with the kids and all at home. But when I do have the time, I'm glad to spend a few tenners for an awesome interactive scene on virtual taboo, rather than paying the full plan at POVR.

Honestly, after using both POVR and VirtualTaboo, I keep going back to POVR for a few reasons. The quality on POVR is just insane - those 7K videos are ridiculously clear, the angles designed so well -really feels like you’re part of the scene. VirtualTaboo has some good storytelling, but I’ve found POVR to have a bigger variety of high-res content, plus they add new scenes more frequently, keep things fresh. I’d say POVR is a better choice overall. I went with the annual plan and haven’t looked back - it wasn't that expensive either, even if I don't use it every week.
